Infrared Flow (Heated)

Infrared Flow is an infrared heated vinyasa style flow/movement class. This class uses breath awareness to flow from one pose into the next. Focus on body awareness through movements, stretch, build overall muscle strength, core strength, and build stronger postural muscles. Release stress, improve overall focus and find presence. 

Practicing in a heated room with infrared heat can help to reduce muscle tension and pain relief, improve functioning of your immune system, improve overall appearance of skin, and increase metabolism to support weight loss.

Infrared Flow: All Levels (Heated)

All levels flow is a vinyasa class for yogis of all levels (beginner to intermediate). Vinyasa is a sequential flow of poses from one pose into the next while using the breath to help guide you into, out of, and within the pose. Beginners will be invited to move at a slower pace and try the beginner modifications of poses. While the advanced to intermediate practitioners will be offered modifications to advance your practice and move at a comfortable pace for you.

There are modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of poses that make allow the class to be suited for all levels. Our teachers are here to help guide you in a safe and comfortable way.

Infrared Flow: Gentle

This is your invitation to slow down and return to yourself. Infrared Flow: Gentle is a calming, non-strenuous yoga practice held in our infrared-heated space, where warmth wraps around you like a blanket and encourages deeper release without strain.

Through mindful movement, extended holds, and intentional breathwork, this class offers the space to quiet the mind, soften tension, and restore balance. The infrared heat supports circulation and healing, helping you leave class feeling nourished and renewed.

Perfect for beginners, those in recovery, or anyone craving a slower, supportive experience. You’ll be guided gently—always with care, always with heart.

Warm Restore (Heated)

Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle style of yoga and can help your mental and physical body recover. Our warm restore class is heated using infrared heat. Restorative yoga allows you to hold your poses for a longer period of time, while still allowing some movement during the class to help with mental clarity and focus. The breath is a focal point when holding the poses. Uses props and bolsters to support deeper stretching and relaxation.

Restorative yoga will help you feel rested, and restored.

Practicing in a warm room with infrared heat can help to reduce muscle tension and pain relief, improve functioning of your immune system, improve overall appearance of skin, and increase metabolism to support weight loss. Infrared heat even supports internal ailments such as arthritis.

Strength Training

Learn how to build muscle in a safe way to support your posture and overall health!

In this strength training class, yoga instructor and certified personal trainer Cary is going to teach you exactly what you need to weight training in a safe way!


Often we hear about the great benefits of weight training, but our lack of experience stops us from ever trying.

Beginner Yoga Foundations (4-Week Beginner Series)

Yoga Foundations is a 4-week beginner series designed to help you feel confident stepping into any yoga class, without the guesswork. Each week, we’ll break down the essential poses and transitions you’ll see most often, learn pose names, and practice simple alignment cues that help your body feel supported.

You’ll get individualized options and modifications so you can adapt each pose to your unique needs whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or wanting to rebuild your basics.

We’ll also explore foundational breathing techniques and introduce short, approachable mindfulness and meditation practices so you leave each class feeling more grounded, present, and at ease.

By the end of the series, you’ll understand the “why” behind what you’re doing, feel more comfortable moving with your breath, and have the tools to transition confidently into our regular yoga classes.

Private Yoga Classes

This is a private class for one-on-one yoga or group classes of your choosing! Grab a group of friends & family, celebrate a birthday or bachelorette party, or enjoy some team bonding and create more focus in the workplace by finding stillness on your mat.

Once booked we can choose the style of class, and heated or non-heated.

Only 1 person will need to pay for the class, but all individuals who are attending are required to sign up and sign the waiver.

Warm Restore & Sound Bath

Sink into deep rest in a gently heated, infrared–warmed room as Vicki guides you through restorative shapes, mindful breath, and soothing sound.

This class blends restorative yoga with a live sound bath using bowls and calming instruments. Poses are supported with props and held for longer periods of time so your body can soften, your nervous system can unwind, and your mind can quiet. Expect very little “effort” and lots of space to simply be.

The infrared warmth helps your muscles relax, may ease stiffness or tension, and can support circulation and overall relaxation. Combined with the vibration of sound, many students describe this class as feeling like a full-body reset.

This class weaves in gentle movement, breath awareness, and sound to help you drop out of your head and back into your body, leaving you feeling rested, restored, and more connected to yourself.

Infrared Flow into Stillness

Flow into Stillness is a 75-minute midweek reset that blends vinyasa, grounding Yin & restorative, and soothing meditation.

We’ll start with 30–40 minutes of accessible flow to loosen tight muscles, build warmth, and clear mental clutter. Then we transition into longer-held, supported poses to gently open the body and calm the nervous system. The practice ends with a guided meditation to help you land in a place of quiet, presence, and ease.

Come as you are, this class is designed for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply ready to slow down.

Beginner Pilates: Foundations (4-Week Series)

Feb 3–24, 2026 | Tuesdays | 8:00–9:00 AM

Build a strong foundation in this four-week introductory series led by Brenda, our classical Pilates instructor. You’ll be guided through the six key principles of classical Pilates: Control, Concentration, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow. By the end of the 4-weeks, you will move with more confidence, clarity, and body awareness.

Each week layers in essential movements and proper form, with supportive coaching on alignment, stability, and core connection. You’ll learn how to create strength without tension, improve posture, and move with intention so Pilates feels accessible, effective, and empowering from day one.

Perfect for true beginners (even if you’ve never taken any type of Pilates before) and anyone who wants a structured reset on the fundamentals in a small-group setting.

What to expect: foundational mat Pilates, step-by-step instruction, and plenty of options so you feel successful. No experience required.
