Strength Training

Learn how to build muscle in a safe way to support your posture and overall health!

In this strength training class, yoga instructor and certified personal trainer Cary is going to teach you exactly what you need to weight training in a safe way!


Often we hear about the great benefits of weight training, but our lack of experience stops us from ever trying.

Each class, Cary will guide you through a safe weight training movement, and provide you knowledge on what you should feel, and what to look for in proper positioning of your body during weight training. Following the strength training portion, you will be led through a gentle yoga sequence to help reduce muscle soreness, and improve tension in your muscle and overall flexibility.
