Beginner Yoga Foundations (4-Week Beginner Series)

Yoga Foundations is a 4-week beginner series designed to help you feel confident stepping into any yoga class, without the guesswork. Each week, we’ll break down the essential poses and transitions you’ll see most often, learn pose names, and practice simple alignment cues that help your body feel supported.

You’ll get individualized options and modifications so you can adapt each pose to your unique needs whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or wanting to rebuild your basics.

We’ll also explore foundational breathing techniques and introduce short, approachable mindfulness and meditation practices so you leave each class feeling more grounded, present, and at ease.

By the end of the series, you’ll understand the “why” behind what you’re doing, feel more comfortable moving with your breath, and have the tools to transition confidently into our regular yoga classes.
