Warm Restore (Heated)

Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle style of yoga and can help your mental and physical body recover. Our warm restore class is heated using infrared heat. Restorative yoga allows you to hold your poses for a longer period of time, while still allowing some movement during the class to help with mental clarity and focus. The breath is a focal point when holding the poses. Uses props and bolsters to support deeper stretching and relaxation.

Restorative yoga will help you feel rested, and restored.

Practicing in a warm room with infrared heat can help to reduce muscle tension and pain relief, improve functioning of your immune system, improve overall appearance of skin, and increase metabolism to support weight loss. Infrared heat even supports internal ailments such as arthritis.
