Build a strong foundation in this four-week introductory series led by Brenda, our classical Pilates instructor. You’ll be guided through the six key principles of classical Pilates: Control, Concentration, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow. By the end of the 4-weeks, you will move with more confidence, clarity, and body awareness.
Each week layers in essential movements and proper form, with supportive coaching on alignment, stability, and core connection. You’ll learn how to create strength without tension, improve posture, and move with intention so Pilates feels accessible, effective, and empowering from day one.
Perfect for true beginners (even if you’ve never taken any type of Pilates before) and anyone who wants a structured reset on the fundamentals in a small-group setting.
What to expect: foundational mat Pilates, step-by-step instruction, and plenty of options so you feel successful. No experience required.
