Infrared Flow into Stillness

Flow into Stillness is a 75-minute midweek reset that blends vinyasa, grounding Yin & restorative, and soothing meditation.

We’ll start with 30–40 minutes of accessible flow to loosen tight muscles, build warmth, and clear mental clutter. Then we transition into longer-held, supported poses to gently open the body and calm the nervous system. The practice ends with a guided meditation to help you land in a place of quiet, presence, and ease.

Come as you are, this class is designed for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply ready to slow down.
