Choose the kind of practice that meets you where you are today.
Begin with a gentle, beginner-friendly, or slower-paced class. You do not need experience to start.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel if you’d like—infrared classes can encourage a good, healthy sweat! Feel free to bring a friend too—our community always has space for new faces. (Need a mat? We have some available to borrow!)
Can I join if I’m new to yoga?
Absolutely! You don’t need any experience to practice here. Our instructors offer supportive guidance and options for every level, so you can move at your own pace and feel confident every step of the way. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
What’s the temperature like in class?
Our studio is gently heated to around 92–98°F with therapeutic infrared heat. It’s a cozy, nurturing warmth—not humid or overwhelming like traditional hot yoga. Infrared helps your body warm from the inside out, enhancing flexibility, relaxation, and detoxification.
What if I need to cancel my class?
We understand—life happens! Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled class to avoid any late cancel fees.

What is Journey Mindfully’s class attendance policy?
We deeply value the energy and connection that come from practicing together. To support this, we require a minimum of 2 students registered for a class to take place. If a class has fewer than 2 participants, it will be canceled 2 hours prior to the start time.
This policy gives our instructors enough time to adjust their day and allows us to reach out to any registered students with care. It also creates space for students to shift into a different class time when possible, keeping your movement journey flowing with ease.
We kindly ask that you register for class in advance to help us plan accordingly and ensure the class can run. When you sign up early, you help build the momentum and collective energy that makes each class a truly nourishing experience.
