Meet The Team

Meet Kennedi

Founder of Journey Mindfully | Chiropractor | Yoga Instructor

Kennedi first fell in love with yoga during a high school PE elective—and what began as a class quickly became a lifelong practice of breath, presence, and self-discovery. Now a chiropractor with advanced training in the Body Ready Method®, Webster Technique, and prenatal yoga, Kennedi brings deep knowledge of the body to every class and connection.

Her passion lies in teaching people how their bodies work and move—not to find the “right” way to move, but to explore with awareness, curiosity, and compassion. She believes breath is a powerful tool for regulation, movement is medicine, and whole-body, whole-mind wellness is always within reach.

Whether you’re expecting, healing, beginning again, or simply learning to listen inward, Kennedi’s classes offer space to be fully in your body—just as you are.

Meet Lisa

Yoga Instructor

Lisa has been practicing yoga for 25 years and joined Journey Mindfully in April 2023 after completing her yoga teacher training in 2022 through Melt Academy.

Lisa loves yoga because it works the mind as well as the body. Working with new students and teaching them alignment is important to Lisa because she wants each student to feel confident in trying new poses and new classes. Yoga is so beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety and Lisa's classes will help you achieve just that.

Meet Cary

Yoga Instructor + Personal Trainer

Cary has been practicing yoga for 21 years and has been teaching yoga for almost 9 years! Her many years of experience allow her to bring many different modifications, to many different body types, in her alignment focused yoga classes.

Cary is excellent with teaching alignment and guiding students into the correct poses. She enjoys teaching how to connect your breath with movement and focuses on mindfulness during her classes.

Cary is also a certified Personal Trainer who enjoys incorporating strength training into her classes to challenge the mind and body while always encouraging students to work within their own limits. This allows each student to tailor the class for their own best practice!
