ABOUT US
In the fast-paced world we live in today, it's all too easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. It's a struggle that many of us face—distracted by the chaos of daily life, our minds clouded, and our hearts longing for connection. For Kennedi, the founder of Journey Mindfully, this feeling of disconnection was all too real during her own journey. She discovered the transformative power of yoga in high school during a tense moment with her father. Taking a step back to breathe and reconnect with herself changed everything; she returned to the conversation a renewed person. From that moment, she became passionate about helping others find their paths back to themselves through mindful movement.
Fast forward to 2023, the birth of Journey Mindfully marked a significant milestone in her mission to create a nurturing community. As a certified chiropractor and experienced yoga instructor, Kennedi blends her knowledge of physical well-being with the art of mindful movement. Her vision was simple: to create a haven where individuals could escape the distractions of modern life and reconnect within supportive circles of like-minded individuals.
At Journey Mindfully, every class offers more than just movement; it presents an opportunity to explore one's mind and body holistically. With infrared yoga, pilates, strength classes, meditations, and workshops, Kennedi has designed an inclusive space where everyone's journey is honored. It's not about how you look but how you feel and how you grow.
The results speak for themselves: students of Journey Mindfully report feeling rejuvenated, connected, and grounded. They've discovered more peace and purpose in their lives, forming lasting friendships in the process.
Kennedi's community-centric approach underscores that everyone deserves to feel valued and connected. Together, they challenge the notion that isolation is the only option, instead creating a compassionate environment where each member supports the other on their mindful journeys.
With an unwavering commitment to personal growth and connection, Journey Mindfully is not just a wellness studio; it's a sanctuary for those ready to embrace their journeys towards mindfulness and connection. Claim your first class today and transition from feeling overwhelmed to fully engaged in life, movement, and community.

Founder of Journey Mindfully | Chiropractor | Yoga + Movement Guide
Kennedi first fell in love with yoga during a high school PE elective—and what began as a class quickly became a lifelong practice of breath, presence, and self-discovery. Now a chiropractor with advanced training in the Body Ready Method®, Webster Technique, and prenatal yoga, Kennedi brings deep knowledge of the body to every class and connection.
Her passion lies in teaching people how their bodies work and move—not to find the “right” way to move, but to explore with awareness, curiosity, and compassion. She believes breath is a powerful tool for regulation, movement is medicine, and whole-body, whole-mind wellness is always within reach.
Whether you’re expecting, healing, beginning again, or simply learning to listen inward, Kennedi’s classes offer space to be fully in your body—just as you are.
