Yoga Foundations is a 4-week beginner series designed to help you feel confident walking into any yoga class, without the guesswork.
Perfect for you if you:
are brand new to yoga
feel stiff / not flexible
want clear guidance + supportive modifications
are returning after time away and want to rebuild your basics
What you’ll learn:
the most common yoga poses (and their names)
how to move through transitions with confidence
simple alignment cues that support your body
foundational breathing techniques + beginner-friendly mindfulness
What to expect:
This class is warm/infrared, supportive, and slow enough to learn while still helping you feel strong and capable. You’ll have props available and you’ll always be given options so you can adjust the practice to your needs. Dress in light layers, bring water, and arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Brianna will guide you with clear cues and supportive modifications so you feel comfortable from day one
