Led by Brenda | Small-group instruction | Beginner-friendly
If you’ve been curious about Pilates but didn’t know where to start, this is your on-ramp.
In this four-week introductory series, Brenda (our classical Pilates instructor) will guide you through the six key principles of classical Pilates:
Control • Concentration • Centering • Precision • Breath • Flow
You’ll learn how to move with intention, build strength with support, and understand what your body is doing so you leave feeling confident (not confused).
