What should I bring?
A yoga mat, water, and comfy clothes. We have mats you can borrow if you need one.
When should I arrive?
10 minutes early is perfect — we’ll greet you, get you set up, and make sure you feel confident.
Do I have to be flexible?
Not at all. This isn’t about performance. It’s about how you feel.
What if I’ve never done yoga before?
